This week, we begin a five week series Called Missional Life. What kind of life has God called us to live? Why would we want to be 'Missional?' Isaiah 61 offers us some insight into the nature of God's work in this world. As we come to understand the mission of God, we come to understand the mission He has invited us into.

 

The Mission of God Is:

  1. CHRIST CENTERED.
    • HE CONCEIVES IT
    • HE COMMENCES IT
    • HE COMPLETES IT

  2. ABOUT COMPREHENSIVE CHANGE .
  3. SOMETHING WE ARE CALLED INTO.
  4. MEANT TO BE COPIED.
  5. CERTAIN.
  6. ULTIMATELY ABOUT CREATION OR RE-CREATION.

A MISSIONAL LIFE IS AN IMITATION OF THE MISSIONAL GOD.
