The Mission of the PRC is:

We exist to empower individuals to make life-affirming decisions through education, counseling and compassionate care based on the ministry of Jesus Christ.

PRC believes that:

Every baby deserves a chance to be born.
Every woman deserves the dignity of hearing the complete truth about life, her baby, abortion, and alternatives to abortion...all in a compassionate setting.
Every woman deserves to see and hear her baby in her womb, with her own eyes and ears, via ultrasound, and every baby deserves to be seen by his/her mother and father.
Every woman deserves practical support and resources, so that she can carry to term and know her baby will be properly nurtured (by herself or another capable family.) Fathers deserve this, also.
Every youth needs to hear the complete truth and understand the risks from extramarital sex, and the benefits of abstinence until marriage.
Every post-abortive person deserves to experience God's grace and to heal form the aftermath of their decision.
Every father in an unplanned pregnancy deserves to know the truth about life, about the responsibility to protect and support the mother and baby, and the benefits of doing so.
