The Table

Story:

God called me to be a pastor when I was in 9th grade cleaning the sidewalk outside my house, and has led me on quite an adventure ever since. I grew up across the river in the "Couv," and never imagined God would lead me southwest to Beaverton.  But I'm sure glad he brought me here, because I met my amazing wife here in 1997, and have been blessed with many meaningful friendships and challenging ministry opportunities over the past decade.  I love God's Church, and in all its imperfections and weaknesses still believe the Church is God's plan for reaching this crazy world with the good news of His love.  My wife and I are excited about this new opportunity to help expand God's Kingdom by partnering with the Table to shepherd the Life Groups and help launch a west side campus of the Table.

Role:  Life Groups Director

Responsible for the developing and equipping of small groups that are active, missional communities throughout the Portland metro area.  This will be accomplished through developing our existing Life Groups, supporting and training Life Groups leaders, and launching new Life Groups throughout the region.

BA in History and History Education from Whitworth College (1997)
Masters in Divinity from Multnomah Biblical Seminary (Current)
