Story

My wife Linda and I moved to Portland in 1988 and absolutely love the Northwest.  Together, we have raised our two daughters who have become wonderful young women that truly love the Lord.  I came to know Jesus as my personal Savior when I was thirty-three and have been trying to make up for lost time ever since.  What I have discovered is that the more I grow to be like Christ, the more I realize how much farther I have to go.  I am extremely excited about serving as an Elder and serving the body at The Table.  It is my passion to see others grow in their love of the Savior and to see people reached with the great news of the gospel.  My goal is to be truly relational with those around me so I can speak into their lives those things that God desires for them to learn.  Several areas I feel led to share is in marriage, raising godly children and sharing our faith in the everyday working world.

Hobbies and Diversions

I have worked in technology for twenty plus years and am currently working for a technology consulting company.

I call myself a tri-athlete, but I mostly train and rarely compete.  I also enjoy an occasional round of golf and would really like to figure a way to turn either of these into a true ministry!

My other passions involve spending time with my wife doing things like camping, traveling, reading, crossword puzzle contests and watching movies.
